FAQ

1. What is CarbonGoodPrint?

CarbonGoodPrint is a platform that allows individuals and companies to adopt acres of native forest in the south of Chile to help offset their carbon footprint. Through a monthly subscription, your support directly contributes to forest conservation, biodiversity protection, and carbon capture initiatives.

2. Where is the land located?

Our protected lands are located in the pristine region of the Chilean Patagonia. This region is known for its temperate rainforests, rich biodiversity, and vital carbon sink capabilities.

3. How does the subscription work?

You can adopt as many acres as you'd like. Payments are made securely through PayPal and are renewed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. What does my contribution fund?

Your monthly subscription directly supports:

  • Conservation and protection of native forest

  • Monitoring of biodiversity

  • Local community engagement and sustainable development

  • Operational costs for the platform and land owners

5. How does this help offset carbon emissions?

Native forests are among the most effective ecosystems for absorbing atmospheric carbon dioxide. By protecting these forests, your adopted acres help remove carbon from the atmosphere, directly reducing the impact of your or your organization’s emissions.

6. Can companies subscribe or sponsor land?

Absolutely! Contact us for custom solutions.

7. How can I calculate my actual footprint?

Your carbon footprint is the total amount of greenhouse gases you produce through daily activities — and it varies widely depending on factors like:

a. Travel (car use, flights, public transport).

b. Energy consumption (electricity, heating, fuel).

c. Food choices (meat, dairy, local or imported food).

d. Consumption habits (products, packaging, waste).

To estimate your footprint, you can use free online carbon calculators designed for individuals or companies, such as those provided by the UN and WWF.
